NRB Haiti Relief Fund

You can make a ten dollar ($10.00) donation to the relief efforts in Haiti by simply using your mobile phone to text the word “HAITI” to 40579. You will receive a confirmation text message in reply and, once confirmed, you will have a $10 donation added to your mobile phone service statement. A total of three such donations from any one cell phone per month can be made using this procedure. NRB will remit all funds raised, except for a small $.50 administrative expense per donation, (which goes to the service provider) to major humanitarian aid organizations with an established presence or unique expertise in Haiti.
