Meet Jesus

Hey — it’s no accident you’re reading this.

If you’re new to faith or just starting to explore what it means to follow Jesus, you might still have questions — about yourself, about life, or about who Jesus is and what comes next. That’s okay.

Here’s what you need to know:
God loves you. He sees you. He knows exactly who you are, and He hasn’t forgotten you.

“For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”

Even if life feels heavy or uncertain right now — you’re not alone. Jesus says:

“Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”

He invites you to walk with Him, step by step. And you don’t have to have it all figured out.

You’re in the right place. He’s with you, and this is just the beginning of something beautiful.

If you don’t have a personal relationship with Jesus and want to hear more about what that means and how to begin one, you can text the word HEART to 41224 to learn more.

Who is Jesus? And the good news…

Jesus is the Son of God.

He came to earth over 2,000 years ago, not just to teach or perform miracles, but to rescue us. He lived a perfect, sinless life and then willingly gave His life on the cross to pay the price for our sins — everything that separate us from God.

And the good news is this: God made a way back.

He sent His only Son, Jesus, to be born as a human — to show us how to live in relationship with Him, and ultimately to die in our place.

When Jesus rose from the dead on the third day, He conquered sin and death once and for all. His sacrifice closed the gap between us and God.

By offering His perfect life in exchange for ours, Jesus made it possible for our sins to not only be forgiven — but forgotten.

“This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person.
The old life is gone; a new life has begun”

What now?

First, believe in your heart that Jesus is God’s Son. Next, simply believe He died to pay the price for your sin (John 14:6, Romans 10:9-10).

Please consider joining a church in your community. It might take some time to find the right fit, but it will be so worth it!

Try to find a mentor or group of friends you can talk to and pray with on a regular basis to encourage you.

Read the Bible, beginning with the Gospel of John in the New Testament. Try an easy-to-read translation like the New Living Translation.

“If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart
that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
